Some instructions for the IGeLU 2009 blog and forum

As a participant of the Madrid IGeLU, you are heartily welcome to comment, write and add useful stuff on these IGeLU 2009 web pages and to the IGeLU 2009 forum. On the IGeLU web pages and blog, you do not need to login for reading, finding information, nor for posting a comment. However, if you would like to add here news or posts, pictures or videos, you should make a username on the Join publishing content page.
In addition to your comments and posts, we’d love to see your photos here. There is two possible ways to do that. The first is to create your personal username on the “Join publishing content” page and wait for a while for confirming your status. After confirmation click MyIGeLU and log in. Write a post and add pictures in your message. All your post will appear on the MyIGeLU page, which is freely accessible to everyone.
What is MyIGeLU? MyIGeLU is “blog type” page where you can express your feelings and thoughts regarding everything about IGeLU conferences – MyIGeLU is a summary of conference experiences. You can do it by words, photos, videos or even by audio files. This is a good option if you do not want to make a Flickr account, but long to share your photos with colleagues. However, to avoid inappropriate content on this site, you will be first guided to the registering page (”Join publishing content”).
The alternative way is to publish your photos elsewhere, such as the Flickr. Tag your photos with “igelu” and “2008″ and they are fetched automatically in to the “Flickr Gallery” (on the right sidebar).
Posting responses to threads and to joining in on common discussions within the IGeLU forum is free. Create a new topic by signing in. You find the forum link on the right side of the navigation bar.
