Bars

• KAΦE MOCKBA, Address: Eerikinkatu 11- Time stands still at the Brezhnevian era’s last monument Kafe Moskova, situated in central Helsinki. Cold beer and freezing service. The bar was founded by the Finnish film director brothers Aki and Mika Kaurismäki.
• Pub Sirdie, Address: Kolmas linja 21 – International place for all kind of people, a vintage jukebox!
• U. Kaleva baari, Address: Kalevankatu 3 A – Finnish music with a national and cold war era atmosphere (the name referring to the well known finnish president Urho Kaleva Kekkonen)
• Seahorse, (nickname “Sikala”, pig house), Address: Kapteeninkatu 11 – Finnish food and culture from 1934
  
• Rymy-Eetu, Address: Erottajankatu 15-17 – a typical finnish-german bierhof. Gala day is everyday!
• Erottaja Bar, Address: Erottajankatu 15–17 – Erottaja Bar is a favourite hangout for the city’s trendiest people, including musicians, designers, architects – everyone comes here! DJs play the freshest new music at night.

Music bars

• Tavastia, Address: Urho Kekkosenkatu 4-6 – The one and only rock club in Helsinki.  The smaller Semifinal (next to Tavastia) presents up-and-coming stars.
• Heavy Corner, Address: Hietaniemenkatu 2 – Suitable dressing code: black leather
• Bar Loose, Address: Annankatu 21 – Spot Ville Valo of Him or Michael Monroe of Hanoi Rocks!
• Vantaa Hotel, Address: Hertaksentie 2 (near Tikkurila railway station) – The kiss of fire! (Married, please, be careful!)
• Storyville, Address: Museokatu 8 – Happy jazz club, live music allmost everyday

• Swengi Karaoke Nightclub, Address: Iso Roobertinkatu 10 – Swengi is a large and popular karaoke nightclub.
• Karaoke Satumaa, Address: Paasikivenaukio – all day karaoke bar
• Pataässä, Address: Mariankatu 9 – In the “Ace of Spades” you may even see semi-famous Finns having a go! All day karaoke bar.
• Populus, Address: Aleksis Kiven katu 22 – all day karaoke bar
• Anna K. Address: Annankatu 23 – The place for rock karaoke

• DTM (Don’t tell mama), – dtm is the largest combination of Gay Café, Disco and Night Club in Scandinavia, on three floors!
  
• Sauna vogue, Address: Sturenkatu 27 a – gay sauna!
• Nalle pub, Address: Kaarlenkatu 3-5 – a livingroom for the lesbians and gays
• Mann’s Street, Address: Mannerheimintie 12 A – a gay bar with karaoke and dancing
• Room Albert gay bar, Address: Kalevankatu 36 – a genuine atmosphere with all the colors of the rainbow
