Hotel bookings can be made either on the registration form at the time of registering (we have allocations for IGeLU visitors) or by yourself via internet. You will find the list of alternative hotel agencies on the end of the page.
Hotel allocations for IGeLU visitors
In order to facilitate hotel reservations for IGeLU visitors, we have made allocations in five different hotels. So you can make a hotel reservation together with registration. Choose the one that will suit you best. (If you choose to use alternative hotel agencies, tick the “I don´t need accommodation arrangements” box on the registration form.)
Please note that hotels will be booked on a “first-come first-served basis”. We urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible to secure availability. To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night’s room rate is required. The balance of your hotel fee is to be settled directly to the hotel upon departure. Reservations without a paid deposit cannot be accepted.
Note about double room reservations on the registration form: when reserving a double room with a colleague, please make only one reservation per double room. Please write both names on the “Share with” field to avoid any double bookings. Also indicate in the “Requirements” field if you wish to have two separate beds (not twin) in the double room.
Scandic Grand Marina
