BYoung: I really enjoyed this conference; it was extremely well organised. The venue was ideal, meals and other refreshments were very good and my hotel was well placed to walk to both the conference and to the airport bus. The papers were interesting and the informative. I'd also like to say a big thank you to the very generous hosts of the various receptions!

Mike Ryan: I think this was the best conference yet. The venue was ideal. We should try to use conference centers whenever feasible instead of cramming ourselves onto a campus.

Gary: The conference in Helsinki was the best IGeLU ever! The facility was wonderful - never too full. The arrangements were superb! Hotel options were across the street and nearby. Meals and refreshments were timely, appropriate, and appreciated. Let's do all future IGeLU conferences like this one!

participant: Of course all talks and presentations were very interesting. But for non-native speakers long one-speaker speeches are exhausting, no matter how interesting the content is. So it could be considered to cut very long contributions into smaller parts. This is a matter of structure, the message has to be delivered, of course.
